Senior Logistics, Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement global procurement and logistics operations that support CDN, network, and datacenter infrastructure deployments, ensuring timely and budget-compliant hardware delivery.

• Cultivate supplier relationships, spearhead strategic sourcing efforts, and negotiate contracts to enhance cost efficiency, quality, delivery performance, and long-lasting vendor partnerships.

• Manage comprehensive procurement and logistics workflows, including RFQs, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, transportation, customs compliance, inventory oversight, and deployment readiness.

• Review and authorize purchase orders and supplier invoices, collaborating with Finance and Accounting to guarantee financial accuracy, compliance, and prompt payment processing.

• Initiate cost-saving strategies through supplier optimization, freight management, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies while continuously monitoring supplier performance and inventory status.

• Collaborate across functions with Infrastructure Acquisition Managers, Datacenter Operations, Finance, and project teams to mitigate supply chain risks and support global infrastructure growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or infrastructure operations, ideally within datacenter, network, or technology settings.

• In-depth understanding of global procurement, supplier management, contract negotiations, logistics operations, inventory oversight, and compliance with international shipping regulations.

• Proven experience in managing purchase orders, approving invoices, budgeting, and financial controls, with the capability to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiencies.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across Engineering, Finance, Datacenter Operations, and external suppliers in a dynamic global environment.
