Strategic Sourcing Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Identify project plans and implement as well as monitor opportunities for supply chain expense or utilization.

• Optimize the selection and use of products and services within the organization.

• Conduct advanced analytics and perform scenario-based outcome assessments.

• Develop and execute negotiation strategies with suppliers.

• Evaluate contractual agreements and negotiate commercial terms effectively.

• Monitor expenses within the assigned portfolio to ensure compliance and identify savings opportunities.

• Facilitate Value Analysis meetings to assess product and service value.

• Create bid solicitations and negotiate with vendors to optimize contractual terms.

• Ensure procurement processes adhere to ethical standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

• Follow standard operating procedures to meet organizational objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (Required).

• Skills in Communication, Computer Literacy, Customer Service, Mentoring, Office Administration, and the Waterfall Model.
