Senior IT Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Applications, Software, Cloud services, and IT consulting.

• Perform market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.

• Lead the RFP/RFI processes and manage vendor selection.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.

• Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Discover cost-saving opportunities through strategic negotiations and alternative sourcing methods.

• Ensure that sourcing activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations.

• Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to align sourcing with business requirements.

• Assist project teams with the timely acquisition of necessary IT resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.

• Experience in sourcing IT systems utilized in manufacturing, R&D, and quality environments.

• Strong understanding of medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, GDPR, HIPAA).

• Familiarity with IT categories such as SaaS, cloud infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Proficient in sourcing tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
