This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Team Leadership & Delivery Management: Fully take charge of the vendor team by establishing direction, structure, priorities, and accountability. Create a reliable delivery rhythm that includes planning, estimation, tracking, and timely delivery of vendor onboarding and enhancement projects. Clearly define team roles (analysis, integration, QA, lifecycle management) and mentor team members, particularly in developing business analysts into more effective delivery contributors. Provide transparent reports on velocity, blockers, and roadmap status to leadership.
• Process Architecture & Improvement: Evaluate existing vendor onboarding and management processes; pinpoint bottlenecks and structural deficiencies. Develop and implement standardized, repeatable processes for vendor intake, analysis, integration, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Create playbooks and templates to transform vendor onboarding into a streamlined production line rather than a series of isolated projects.
• Integration Architecture (Hands-On Technical Leadership): Serve as the integration architect for all vendor projects, overseeing API analysis, data mapping, order flows, provisioning flows, and billing and reconciliation flows. Collaborate directly with developers to convert vendor requirements into precise, well-defined technical specifications. Assess integration designs for scalability, error handling, and maintainability. Manage the technical relationship with vendor APIs and marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft Partner Center APIs, AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud channel programs).
• Automation & AI Tooling: Actively seek automation opportunities across the vendor lifecycle, including catalog updates, price list ingestion, offer synchronization, testing, and monitoring. Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, data mapping, and quality assurance. Aim to continually minimize manual effort per vendor, enabling the team to increase output without proportionately expanding headcount.
• Vendor Lifecycle & Relationship Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of each vendor in the catalog, including new offers, programs, promotions, pricing modifications, deprecations, and API updates. Proactively monitor vendor roadmaps and program announcements; ensure our platform is updated in advance of partner inquiries. Maintain a proactive communication strategy with vendors—actively seek answers, escalate issues, and ensure no vendor requests are left unresolved. Identify and facilitate the onboarding of new vendors that enhance the competitive edge of the catalog.
• Stakeholder & Partner Alignment: Collect and prioritize requirements from partners, sales, and product teams concerning vendor capabilities. Clearly communicate vendor roadmaps and delivery timelines to internal stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, technology partnerships, channel/marketplace operations, or a related field, preferably in SaaS, cloud distribution, or e-commerce.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership: you have successfully managed a delivery team and improved velocity and structure in the past.
• Strong background in integration: hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/authentication flows, JSON/XML data mapping, and delivering integration projects.
• Proficient with tools such as Postman and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications; capable of reading API documentation effectively and engaging developers on technical design.
• Familiarity with cloud vendor ecosystems and marketplaces (Microsoft CSP / Partner Center, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar programs) is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in process design and improvement (e.g., creating onboarding playbooks, standardizing delivery pipelines).
• Practical knowledge of automation platforms and scripting (e.g., Temporal, Workato, Power Automate, or Python/JavaScript scripting) applied to operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agent automation: utilizing LLM APIs or agent frameworks to automate real-world tasks.
• Outstanding communication skills: able to manage demanding external vendors and internal stakeholders with equal assurance.
• Persistent follow-through: you consistently close loops, pursue outcomes, and hold others accountable.
• Remote-First Flexibility: Enjoy the benefits of a fully remote position or choose to work from our Latvia office.
• Work With Global Tech Leaders: Collaborate on solutions utilized by major industry players, including Adobe, AWS, Cisco, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Lenovo, and Liquid.
• Skilled, International Team: Collaborate with experienced professionals in a diverse, multicultural environment. We prioritize technical excellence, clear communication, and mutual support.
• Professional Development: Enhance your skills with access to Microsoft certifications and ongoing learning opportunities tailored to your role.
• Time to Recharge: Benefit from four weeks of paid vacation each year, in addition to paid public holidays.
• Referral Rewards: Contribute to our team growth - our employee referral program acknowledges and rewards your efforts.
