This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take the lead in expanding Robert Half's employee-generated content initiative, Halfluencers.
• Develop, implement, and oversee the strategy and daily operations of Halfluencers.
• Collaborate with employees at various levels, functions, and locations to uncover engaging stories and content opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and assist employee creators and advocates, including establishing the Execs on Social program.
• Monitor participation, engagement, and content performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Create community-building moments, challenges, and activities to foster employee connection and motivation.
• Recognize emerging content trends and opportunities to boost participation and engagement.
• Manage the daily operations of the employee advocacy program and platform, including participant support and customer care.
• Generate, curate, and refine advocacy content, such as posts, videos, thought leadership pieces, and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce social content and campaigns that align with business goals.
• Design graphics for employee advocacy, presentations, contests, and other resources using Canva.
• Encourage advocacy participation through training, communication, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with regular in-person content capture at local branch offices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage on-site logistics for filming, ensuring participants feel at ease on camera.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, office hours, and coaching sessions focused on employee advocacy and Halfluencers.
• Develop and refresh training materials, playbooks, guides, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with social media team members on advanced training series for social media.
• Share analytical insights and aid in the creation of reports and presentations, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee cross-functional projects, stakeholder relationships, timelines, and program operations while enhancing processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, employee advocacy, employee engagement, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a similar discipline.
• Proven experience in building, managing, or scaling employee-generated content, creator, influencer, ambassador, or advocacy programs.
• Strong knowledge of social media, content strategy, and personal branding best practices.
• Excellent project management, copywriting, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in developing content, training materials, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in analyzing performance data and converting insights into recommendations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person content capture at Robert Half branch offices nationwide.
• Preferred experience in supporting social-first video production, content capture, interviews, or on-site storytelling.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to coach employees, executives, or subject matter experts to perform naturally and effectively on camera.
• Experience with social media advocacy platforms is required; familiarity with Dynamic Signal is preferred.
• Experience with analytics and project management platforms; Smartsheet or Basecamp experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Canva.
• Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.
