This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide support and guidance to business stakeholders throughout the complete Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, which includes vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk questionnaires, performance evaluations, remediation, and offboarding.
• Assess vendor services and contracts to ascertain the applicability and scope of TPRM.
• Conduct regular check-ins and close-out discussions to resolve outstanding issues and control deficiencies.
• Assist users in navigating the TPRM process from vendor onboarding through to offboarding.
• Modify processes in response to changes in the regulatory landscape.
• Aid in the upkeep of operational procedures related to TPRM practices.
• Collaborate with external providers, business units, Legal, Compliance, and various other teams.
• Engage in activities focused on process enhancement, TPRM special initiatives, and assessment-related tasks.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as information security, cybersecurity, business administration, finance, or risk management.
• Relevant professional certifications including CTPRP, CISA, CRISC, and/or CISSP.
• 1–5 years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, business controls, compliance, risk operations, or a similar field.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with critical thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to establish and maintain productive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in planning, time management, customer service, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage tasks from start to finish with guidance and gain familiarity with GRC systems.
• Skilled in using risk assessment and monitoring tools such as Dun and Bradstreet and Fircosoft.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Minimum internet speed of 50–100 Mbps.
