This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prospect and develop relationships with construction companies, developers, and real estate firms in the Northeast region.
• Conduct technical and sales visits to job sites, engineering offices, architecture firms, and purchasing departments.
• Identify opportunities from the project phase to the execution of the work.
• Build relationships with engineers, architects, buyers, project coordinators, and decision-makers.
• Prepare and monitor commercial proposals and negotiations.
• Manage the sales funnel and ongoing projects.
• Deliver technical presentations on products and their applications.
• Monitor specifications, tests, and product approvals.
• Collaborate with the Works Network and other commercial intelligence tools to identify opportunities.
• Ensure follow-up on projects until the sale is finalized.
• Keep the CRM updated and provide periodic reports on visits and opportunities.
• Experience in B2B outside sales.
• Experience with construction companies, developers, projects, or the construction market.
• Ability to build relationships with engineers, architects, and buyers.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Own vehicle.
• Consultative, negotiator profile with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in sales to construction companies and developers.
• Established network of contacts within the construction sector.
• Knowledge of finishes, coatings, baseboards, profiles, flooring, or construction materials.
