This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee and expand a designated territory of clients
• Take ownership of the complete sales process, ensuring consistent ARR growth
• Serve as a partner to clients, promoting the FUSION ARP strategy
• Develop, sustain, and implement a territory plan
• Encourage the adoption of sales best practices
• Keep precise forecasting and opportunity management in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively across functions with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services
• Native Spanish speaker residing in Spain (+Fluent in English)
• At least 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS native solutions or technology-driven solutions.
• Proven experience in a dynamic, target-oriented environment, focused on achieving monthly ARR goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, showcasing adaptability and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Practical experience with CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach)
• Background in the automotive or mobility sectors is a considerable advantage.
