Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer guidelines, considering site availability and scheduling.

• Perform monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the designated deadline, allowing flexibility in determining when tasks are completed.

• Carry out necessary visual inspections while accurately recording vehicle and audit details.

• Ensure prompt and precise data submission to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Work autonomously while adhering to quality standards and meeting established deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 250 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet access is necessary for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

• Capability to utilize required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.

• Must maintain sufficient availability during daytime hours on weekdays to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.
