This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain regular communication with our clients throughout all stages of project development.
• Work alongside project teams to define project objectives.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings to ensure alignment among all parties regarding project details.
• Monitor and manage project timelines using the software tools and templates established by department SOPs.
• Balance the project direction as outlined by external stakeholders while ensuring internal capabilities align with this direction.
• Maintain Navisworks coordination models to provide essential information to modelers for project coordination.
• Track and request critical project-related information and disseminate it to the project team (RFIs, Submittals, CCD/Revisions).
• Review and evaluate revisions to contract documents for potential cost impacts and distribute related change order requests.
• Conduct pre-QC of project deliverables prior to their submission to the quality control team.
• Manage client expectations to ensure the project team operates within the defined scope of work.
• Uphold the budgeted labor allocation for the project.
• Identify and report on the overall health of the project, recognizing potential issues and devising solutions.
• A degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• At least 4 years of VDC experience, including a minimum of 2 years in planning/managing the comprehensive VDC scope for projects in Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Municipal, or Multi-use sectors.
• Demonstrates strong VDC/BIM knowledge.
• Experienced in leading VDC and BIM projects.
• Proficient in the application and instruction of BIM and VDC coordination processes and workflows at an advanced level.
• Capable of creating and managing BIM schedules.
• Self-driven and effective in both independent and collaborative team settings.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously without direct supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, along with mathematical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current construction delivery methods, practices, and documentation.
• Ability to actively listen, visualize mentally, and produce detailed 2D, 3D, 4D, or 5D deliverables for internal and external clients.
• Strong understanding of Navisworks coordination principles.
