VC Investment Intern – 4-6 months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the investment team by identifying promising pre-seed startups through various channels.

• Conduct initial screening calls with startup founders independently.

• Manage incoming startup applications and establish communication with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Guide exciting startups throughout the entire investment process: from sourcing and due diligence to the final investment.

• Participate in our Investment Committee meetings to gain first-hand insights.

• Perform in-depth analyses on various topics and present your findings to the team.

• Support our investor relations team with inquiries and diverse projects.

• Assist the Partners with various portfolio support activities.

• Strong academic background in economics, technology, or a related field, with practical experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the startup industry.

• Exceptional analytical skills, highly motivated, and consistently delivering above-average performance.

• Comfortable working autonomously and thrive on ambitious projects.

• Curious, persuasive, and reflective, enjoying communication with both startup founders and team members.

• Passionate about the startup ecosystem and venture capital.

• Full working proficiency in both German and English is essential.
