This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Increase sales and market presence for a designated territory by promoting, selling, and supporting Vascular products.
• Establish new accounts and drive the adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the comprehensive peripheral vascular product line for PAD.
• Ethically manage territory organization, planning, administration, and expenses.
• Educate medical personnel on products and procedures.
• Meet specified performance objectives and business targets.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue, market share, and account development goals.
• Broaden existing and potential accounts through the complete product portfolio.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling, presentations, and clinical discussions.
• Persuade and secure opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, objection handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Generate leads, develop new business, represent Medtronic at conferences and customer events, and distinguish solutions from competitors.
• Coordinate procedures with physicians and care teams, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and enhance patient outcomes.
• Oversee account coverage, market intelligence, expenses, and adhere to financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining expertise in products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with 10+ years of relevant experience OR an associate's degree with 8+ years OR a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• 6+ years of B2B or Healthcare Sales experience, with a preference for 4 years of selling medical devices or medical capital equipment.
• Understanding and experience with operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and conduct.
• Capability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to reside within the assigned Sacramento, CA and Reno, NV territory.
• Willingness to work standard business hours, with additional evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary.
• Capacity to meet physical demands, including extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to operate safely in clinical settings, including the use of personal protective equipment and potential exposure to infectious diseases or radiation.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
