This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide on-site clinical assistance during surgical operations, ensuring proper product application and addressing technical challenges.
• Develop and nurture robust customer relationships through daily engagement and a consultative, value-focused methodology.
• Support case and procedure planning by evaluating patient requirements and suggesting suitable product and therapy options.
• Engage in consultative selling by effectively articulating clinical advantages and therapeutic value to healthcare professionals.
• Provide training on products, therapies, and procedures to physicians, nurses, and internal sales staff.
• Serve as a clinical authority and reliable field resource, assisting the sales team with product knowledge and insights.
• Track case results, product efficacy, and market trends, offering structured feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams and contribute to educational initiatives, including PEER meetings, workshops, and symposia.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical support, medical devices, or healthcare; experience in hospital/OR settings is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, nursing, biomedical sciences, business, or a related field; healthcare training may also be considered.
• Understanding of neurovascular, peripheral, aortic, or cardiology anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Capability to support cases, deliver training, and engage in consultative conversations.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (both spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the territory; a valid driver’s license is required.
