This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Works collaboratively with essential PVH stakeholders to formulate, coordinate, and implement service strategies.
• Propel the execution of critical initiatives to meet Vascular Area objectives.
• Offer direction and leadership to clinical staff.
• Enhance personnel performance in the area by cultivating and inspiring Service employees.
• Oversee all area and district clinical support-related activities and programs.
• Recognize service opportunities through analytics and/or field visits by clinical specialists.
• Address service opportunities by providing coaching or developing specific measurable projects.
• Collaborate with district(s)/territories/Area Sales Directors to schedule Vascular procedures and clinical support.
• Partner with the sales team and other key stakeholders to strategize and execute plans.
• Lead and advocate for changes aimed at enhancing PVH Vascular expertise.
• Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Vascular Clinical Specialists.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote significant service initiatives.
• Communicate the vision, goals, and activities of PVH Vascular at the area and/or district level.
• BA/BS in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, nursing, exercise physiology, or business.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in healthcare, field clinical/sales support.
• At least 2 years of experience directly managing employees within a healthcare organization.
• Proven business acumen.
• Background in a healthcare-related discipline.
• Capacity to learn and comprehend the technical aspects of the business.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop managers and employees.
• Proficient in critical and strategic thinking; capable of executing strategies.
• Previous Medtronic experience in a role interacting with the PVH vascular field organization.
• Familiarity with the local cardiac customer base.
• Understanding of PVH vascular service coverage requirements for implants and follow-ups.
• Experience in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services, or related areas within the medical device industry.
