
Variable Compensation Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and manage the variable pay process for both regional and global business sectors through collaboration with global financial and divisional teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to variable pay and resolution of any issues.
• Develop and enforce internal controls for audits regarding employee participation in variable pay, as well as modeling and payment processes.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and engage in projects within the compensation domain.
• Work alongside the Americas and Global Compensation teams to execute and assist in the design and communication of global compensation programs that align with the business strategy in North America.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data within HRIS and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Proactively support HR team members and cross-functional partners, seeking out chances to enhance processes, policies, and service levels.
• Assist in the rollout of a new IT architecture for the organization (e.g., Workday).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and knowledge.
• CCP and GRP certifications are advantageous.
• Experience working in an international setting, with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Assist in the implementation of a new variable pay system and cloud-based data platform (e.g., Snowflake).
• Support topics related to Workday Compensation delivery.
• Relevant experience in Compensation with a solid understanding of compensation-related matters, particularly in the United States.
• Proven history of supporting compensation concepts and initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and technical aptitude, along with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• Highly proficient in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Workday, and Power BI.
