Value Expert Manager – Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical authority for health audits and the auditing of medical claims/accounts.

• Advocate for Arvo’s technical perspective and methodology within the marketplace.

• Lead and nurture the Value Experts (VEs) team.

• Oversee the team’s capacity and manage their workload effectively.

• Collaborate with product and technology teams.

• Take an active role in pre-sales meetings and intricate negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree is required.

• Significant experience (ideally over 5 years) in Health Audit/Medical Claims Audit.

• Prior experience in leading and managing teams is essential.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and public-speaking skills for delivering executive presentations.

• Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
