This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Establish the European Value and Access Strategy.
• Create and implement a thorough, cohesive access strategy for your therapeutic area throughout the product lifecycle.
• Convert scientific advancements into persuasive value propositions for payers and healthcare systems, ensuring that patient access remains affordable and sustainable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in preparation for product launches, guaranteeing effective pricing, evidence generation, and value communication strategies.
• Innovate contracting methods and Managed Entry Agreements (MEAs) to enhance healthcare system affordability and improve patient outcomes.
• Contribute to global pricing strategies while ensuring alignment with regional objectives and providing timely market-specific insights.
• Act as the access advocate within the organization, motivating and influencing global, regional, and country teams.
• Work closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Development, HEOR, and Finance to create unique access-relevant evidence packages.
• Represent Teva in key external forums, influencing the broader healthcare and market access environment.
• Develop and promote a strategic vision for access within your therapeutic area, fostering innovation and positive impacts for patients and payers.
• Stay informed about evolving policies, HTA processes, and payer trends, especially across EU4 + UK markets.
• Lead advisory boards and utilize insights from regulators and stakeholders to critically evaluate strategies and evidence requirements.
• Anticipate and model market access trends to guide future strategies and investment decisions.
• Over 5 years of senior-level market access experience at a country or regional level.
• More than 3 years of global or ex-US regional experience in leading access strategy across various healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in early drug development, formulating access strategies from pre-launch to commercialization.
• Experience in developing HEOR, pricing, or payer negotiation strategies, preferably across a range of European markets.
• Proven track record of successful product launches, ensuring market readiness and swift adoption.
• Strong leadership capabilities across functions, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives for payers.
