Valuation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As the main point of contact, you expertly manage communication among external valuers/appraisers, outsourcing partners, and internal teams.

• You apply your knowledge in valuation-related issues and take responsibility for external property valuations, including both acquisition and routine assessments, on a domestic and international scale.

• Collaborating with your colleagues and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, you supervise the complete valuation process, validate plausibility, and ensure the final quality of reports for our approximately 1,800 properties.

• In this position, you will also review and authorize appraiser invoices to maintain an efficient and transparent workflow.

• Additionally, as a Valuation Manager (m/f/d), you will conduct analyses, create your own value forecasts, and contribute to various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Management, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of hands-on experience in real estate valuation—preferably within a valuation firm, asset management company, or similar environment.

• A team-oriented approach, openness, a proactive mindset, and a strong readiness to accept responsibility.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, analytical skills, and a commitment to high-quality standards.

• Confidence in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English is advantageous.
