Validation Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Accountable for driving sales enhancement within the designated territory and meeting established sales objectives.

• Formulates and implements Territory Orders/Sales Plan aimed at fostering market growth and expanding reach within Pharmaceutical and Biotech accounts.

• Cultivates technical and market knowledge of all Kaye products and applications, leveraging this expertise to deliver pre-and post-sales consultative support for key accounts.

• Engages with the existing customer base to nurture relationships while actively seeking to identify and develop new clients.

• Conducts regular visits to key accounts to provide product updates and enhance account penetration.

• Maintains precise forecasts of territory orders and an up-to-date customer database.

• Prepares and delivers sales presentations, and aids in organizing and executing regional seminars, workshops, and product launches.

• Demonstrates technical equipment, offering customers technical pre-sales assistance.

• Proposes objectives and action plans for the territory aimed at boosting market share and account penetration.

• Establishes strong customer relationships to gain profound insights into their needs.

• Suggests and engages in trade shows and local industry associations.

• Supplies product management with market intelligence based on observations of customer requirements and competitive activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, particularly in selling process or analytical instrumentation and/or sensors within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Demonstrated technical comprehension and expertise in instrumentation and validation.

• An outward-focused approach with a strong ability to comprehend customers' critical business processes.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive change agent; possesses a positive, can-do attitude.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in sales presentation.

• Familiarity with the customer base in the assigned region.

• Proven expertise in securing complex deals with strong deal-closing abilities.
