This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Execute all tasks related to the preparation, insurance verification, and acquisition of medical records and documents from various systems.
• Reach out to Employers, Insurers, and other external entities to confirm and gather information pertinent to Motor Vehicle Accident claims.
• Efficiently and effectively manage both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Aid in the collection of supporting claim documentation and the submission of insurance claims.
• Utilize various systems to ensure accurate and prompt data entry.
• Organize and manage confidential documentation and patient health information (PHI).
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to this standard will be taken into account.
• 1 year of experience in medical bill processing is preferred.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Previous experience with electronic document management in a healthcare environment is desired.
• Strong computer skills are necessary, with proficiency in basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
