This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Advocate for Pfizer’s Vaccines Portfolio across various customers and channels.
• Engage in regular live, face-to-face customer interactions as well as virtual meetings.
• Introduce new products and develop strategies for managing business relationships.
• Secure formulary access while gaining a thorough understanding of the market.
• Conduct product promotions within the designated geographical area.
• Drive sales within the assigned territory to achieve approved business goals.
• Create and execute business and territory call plans, along with live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools, virtual platforms, and internal analytics to uncover strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly leverage disease-state information and patient resources.
• Assess market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other pertinent channels.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams.
• Fulfill administrative duties, which include customer call entries, expense submissions, and responding to internal inquiries.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales, entrepreneurial roles, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific positions, education, or full-time military experience; OR an associate’s degree with over 6 years of applicable experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with more than 8 years of relevant experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory boundary.
• Possession of a valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years disqualifies the candidate from hiring.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• Prior experience in vaccines is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales or marketing.
• Strong skills in territory management.
• Experience with vaccines therapeutic areas and products is preferred.
• Familiarity with customers and markets within the assigned territory is preferred.
