• Work in collaboration with Pfizer partners to enhance the appropriate usage of Pfizer Vaccines and improve overall immunization rates among organized clients by identifying common goals, coordinating resources, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve desired clinical and business outcomes.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with decision-makers at large integrated delivery networks and medical groups to perform needs assessments and provide compliant solutions that will enhance access and the suitable use of Pfizer vaccines.
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at managed care organizations and other health plans to guarantee access and the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines and programs.
• Build productive relationships with State Department of Health Immunization Program Management to comprehend state policies and ensure the execution of suitable tactics to optimize the utilization of Pfizer Vaccines and boost vaccination rates.
• Oversee the local coordination of internal colleagues at targeted accounts through effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment among various stakeholders, maximizing opportunities and facilitating access with the Pfizer Vaccines portfolio.
• Implement marketing programs across customer segments and present approved materials to convey value-added messaging effectively; developing and executing programs that are strategic in nature and may have immediate, mid-term, and long-term market and financial implications.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with targeted Integrated Delivery Networks, Medical Groups, and Buying Groups.
• A bachelor's degree is required along with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
• 5-10+ years of prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales, demonstrating a proven track record of performance and achieving organizational objectives.
• Previous experience in team management and/or account management is preferred, or participation in an IDP-aligned development role for account management with demonstrated leadership across peer and manager groups.
• Proven ability to assess account needs and align suitable tools and resources to drive performance.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and project management skills, along with excellent planning and prioritization capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills, collaboration abilities, and effective utilization of available resources to enhance performance.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging data and all available information to prioritize business opportunities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to a location within a commutable distance to the headquarter city for the territory, as approved by the Vaccine Account Director and the National Account Management Lead.
• Proven advanced negotiation skills.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards are required.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Approximately 25%-50% travel is required based on geographical considerations.
• Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
