Vaccine Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the planning, coordination, and implementation of the delivery and support for frozen poultry vaccines.

• Utilize inventory and order management systems to track and document vaccine orders.

• Assist in overseeing customer vaccine application processes.

• Ensure the efficient, timely, and fair delivery of poultry vaccines.

• Foster loyalty to Zoetis poultry products and services by cultivating relationships with customers.

• Deliver training and education to customers regarding vaccine mixing and handling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience in Planning/Scheduling using an automated system or related field.

• Preferred knowledge and awareness of the poultry industry.

• Strong organizational and route planning skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with SAP, Office Suite, and Salesforce.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
