This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Manage live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform, ensuring responses meet SLA targets.
β’ Oversee and engage with user posts in community forums, including Discord, Facebook Group, and social media comments.
β’ Address common issues (such as questions about offers, account problems, and navigation assistance) with precision and a friendly demeanor.
β’ Escalate more complex or sensitive matters to the relevant team, providing comprehensive documentation.
β’ Assist in enhancing the help center knowledge base.
β’ Identify and report trends in user issues or feedback to the product and content teams.
β’ Uphold a consistent tone and quality across all support interactions.
β’ No formal degree is necessary.
β’ Quick and accurate typing skills are essential as live chat operates at a fast pace.
β’ Strong written communication skills are required β clarity and empathy are key.
β’ Ability to manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining quality.
β’ Patience with frustrated users β focus on de-escalation rather than matching their energy.
β’ Familiarity with support or chat tools (such as Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or equivalent) is advantageous.
β’ Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $21/hr.
β’ Fully remote position.
