β€’ Manage live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform, ensuring responses meet SLA targets.

β€’ Oversee and engage with user posts in community forums, including Discord, Facebook Group, and social media comments.

β€’ Address common issues (such as questions about offers, account problems, and navigation assistance) with precision and a friendly demeanor.

β€’ Escalate more complex or sensitive matters to the relevant team, providing comprehensive documentation.

β€’ Assist in enhancing the help center knowledge base.

β€’ Identify and report trends in user issues or feedback to the product and content teams.

β€’ Uphold a consistent tone and quality across all support interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ No formal degree is necessary.

β€’ Quick and accurate typing skills are essential as live chat operates at a fast pace.

β€’ Strong written communication skills are required β€” clarity and empathy are key.

β€’ Ability to manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining quality.

β€’ Patience with frustrated users β€” focus on de-escalation rather than matching their energy.

β€’ Familiarity with support or chat tools (such as Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or equivalent) is advantageous.
