This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Respond to incoming customer calls
• Support customers who speak both Spanish and English
• Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer queries
• Propose additional products during each customer interaction
• Tailor the experience for every caller
• Verify refunds, process payments, place orders, and assess account information
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
• At least 12 months of experience in customer service
• Maintain a distraction-free work-from-home setup
• Adapt to learning and working in a virtual setting
• Communicate effectively using various styles
• Navigate through multiple systems and screens
