Vaccine Delivery and Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and administer frozen poultry vaccines.

• Monitor and record vaccine orders, deliveries, and chain of custody using inventory and order management systems.

• Assist in overseeing customer vaccine application processes.

• Evaluate customer needs, prioritize product allocations, and enhance inventory availability.

• Organize routes and deliver products within the designated territory.

• Cultivate customer relationships and foster loyalty to Zoetis poultry products and services.

• Educate and assess customers on the proper use and application of Zoetis products.

• Engage with customers regarding Zoetis poultry products and services.

• Uphold quality assurance standards and conduct audits.

• Ensure compliance with safe handling procedures for frozen vaccine products.

• Supervise and audit spray cabinet operation and utilization.

• Monitor marketing initiatives and strategic portfolio customer contracts.

• Provide sales colleagues with updates following customer visits.

• Deliver training, corrective actions, and visit summaries to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain necessary safety and regulatory certifications for the handling and transportation of frozen vaccines in liquid nitrogen.

• Keep documentation for customer experiences, inventory management, order fulfillment, regulatory, safety, and accounting requirements.

• Review and update records to ensure audit readiness, traceability, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Ag Science, business administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of education.

• A minimum of two years of experience in planning/scheduling using an automated system or in a related field.

• Knowledge of the poultry industry is preferred.

• Strong organizational and route planning abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with SAP, Office Suite, and Salesforce.

• Capability to respond to common customer inquiries or complaints.

• Understanding of logistics and regulatory standards.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Availability for irregular work hours.

• Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time.

• Ability to work in a poultry hatchery environment where high heat and humidity are prevalent.

• Capacity to lift more than 50 pounds.

• Must remain informed of, or obtain certifications necessary for, applicable safety and regulatory standards related to handling and transporting frozen vaccines in liquid nitrogen.

• Must have or secure authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship may be pursued at Zoetis's discretion.
