VA Associate Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the Senior Advocate/Team Leader within the advocate department.

• Offer technical legal assistance to the Senior Advocate.

• Acquire knowledge of pertinent statutes, regulations, and case law.

• Review and organize records and files.

• Aid the Senior Advocate in identifying legal issues, conducting research, and drafting arguments and briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a juris doctor degree or accreditation as an agent (Attorney or Claims Agent).

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills.
