This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate and enhance learning and development initiatives, encompassing employee training, onboarding processes, compliance training, leadership growth, and professional development efforts.
• Utilize Paylocity as Veryon’s HRIS and learning management system to assist with training assignments, tracking, reporting, employee information, and HR operations.
• Manage training logistics, which include scheduling, communication, attendance monitoring, materials preparation, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Aid in the upkeep of learning resources, employee materials, manager toolkits, and People Operations documentation.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team and business leaders to pinpoint learning requirements and provide effective development solutions.
• Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including Veryon’s implementation of Bonusly for rewards and acknowledgments.
• Deliver HRBP assistance to employees and managers by addressing inquiries, sharing resources, and supporting HR functions.
• Help with employee relations, performance management, and managerial support under the supervision of senior members of the People Operations team.
• Contribute to performance management cycles, employee development planning, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional People Operations team members on onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, reporting, compliance, and process enhancements.
• Employ Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams to develop materials, manage communications, host virtual meetings, and foster collaboration across teams.
• Assist global People Operations efforts by occasionally adjusting work hours to connect with team members and stakeholders across Asia, the UK, and North America.
• Leverage data, employee feedback, and AI-driven tools to refine People Operations programs and enhance the employee experience.
• Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and care.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, People Operations, Talent, or a related field.
• Background in supporting or coordinating training programs, onboarding processes, employee communications, HR initiatives, or employee engagement efforts.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, and managerial support.
• Experience with an HRIS, learning platform, or similar People Operations system.
• Familiarity with Paylocity is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, encompassing Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams or comparable virtual meeting and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and simply.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders at various levels within the organization.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, accept feedback, and develop within the People Operations area.
• Flexibility to occasionally modify work hours to support global team members, initiatives, or meetings across Asia, the UK, and North America.
• Capability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning, HR processes, and the employee experience.
