This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
β’ Member Outreach & Relationship Building: Implement phone-based engagement strategies to enhance member retention. You will foster trust through consistent and empathetic communication.
β’ Strategic Execution: Execute customized engagement plans aimed at boosting member participation in health plan benefits and wellness programs.
β’ Feedback & Insight Gathering: Actively engage with members to uncover pain points, collect feedback on services, and identify opportunities to enhance our provider network and care delivery.
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure that engagement strategies are in line with overarching company objectives.
β’ Issue Resolution: Act as a professional first point of contact to promptly address member concerns, inquiries, or complex issues with empathy and efficiency.
β’ Linguistic Excellence: Native English fluency is essential. You must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
β’ Interpersonal Skills: A natural talent for quickly building rapport over the phone and handling sensitive conversations with patience and professionalism.
β’ No Industry Bias: Previous experience in the medical or healthcare sector is not necessary. We prioritize your communication skills and ability to connect with individuals; we will provide the required industry training.
β’ Problem-Solving Mindset: Capacity to think quickly and resolve member issues while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude.
β’ Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing outreach schedules and accurately documenting member interactions in a CRM or database.
β’ Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. Minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must match or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and be functional during power outages. A working webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
