EU Telemedicine Doctor, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Utilize our asynchronous online platform to assess patient consultations and determine the necessity of treatment prescriptions.

• Prescribe treatments in line with the clinical guidelines established by HeliosX and, where applicable, the local regulations of your country of registration.

• Obtain additional information from patients as needed to ensure safe prescribing, and document concise notes on patient records in English when required.

• Perform tasks efficiently and according to the assigned rota, assisting the team in meeting customer demand.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Stay informed about prescribing requirements to uphold Independent Prescriber rights.

• Keep abreast of any independent training necessary to ensure clinical proficiency in relevant prescribing areas.

• Collaborate closely with our German-speaking Customer Support team to offer patient assistance via email, phone, or video consultations.

• If required, provide communication to other healthcare professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered physician with the Supreme Medical Chamber of Poland (Naczelna Izba Lekarska).

• Independent Prescriber.

• Experience in managing obesity and type 2 diabetes; proficiency with GLP1s is a significant advantage.

• Background in digital health or a telemedicine setting.

• Familiarity with prescribing in accordance with established pathways/protocols.

• Experience utilizing Customer Service tools such as Zendesk.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Proficient in written and spoken German is a plus.

• Computer literate.

• Exceptional attention to detail.
