Chief Product Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• We are currently seeking a **CPO** to develop the Lifestyle Super App from the ground up.

• The Lifestyle Super App is an application that integrates travel, delivery, and banking into a unified mobile interface, emphasizing user experience and addressing local requirements.

• Establishing the product vision.

• Creating a strategic roadmap (MVP → PMF → scale).

• Implementing processes (Scrum, lean discovery, A/B testing).

• Assembling a team (developers, design, analytics, partners).

• Focusing on UX and Go-To-Market strategies.

• Aim to become the leader in the “Super App for Everyday Life,” offering functionalities to live, eat, travel, and pay through one application.

⛳️ Requirements

• A product leader with a strategic and delivery-oriented mindset.

• Proven experience in fintech, travel, or food marketplaces.

• Capable of conceptualizing MVPs, formulating hypotheses, and conducting analytics (Amplitude, GA, SQL).

• Experience in building products from scratch: from discovery to launch.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to payments.

• Strong focus on UX; experience with mobile app launches.

• Familiarity with white-label integrations / API-first approaches is a significant advantage.

• A leader who aspires to make an impact rather than merely “manage.”

• A collaborative team player (founders, developers, designers).

• Ability to remain resilient under pressure (0 → 1 phase).

• Proficiency in English at B2+ level (for global partnerships).
