V-Twin Motorcycle Parts and Gear Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage customer interactions through phone, email, live chat, and various communication platforms.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and finesse.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitment, application, selection, and installation of motorcycle parts and accessories.

• Guide customers on the proper fitment and usage of motorcycle safety gear.

• Support customers in placing their orders.

• Continuously enhance knowledge about motorcycle parts, gear, riding, racing, off-road riding, adventure/touring, supercross/MX, and bike modifications.

• Collaborate with diverse teams on a case-by-case basis to exceed customer expectations.

• Promote and support riders while driving sales for RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles, with an emphasis on J&P Cycles.

• Embrace coaching and adapt as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for motorcycles and related products is essential.

• Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories is necessary.

• Basic knowledge of UTVs, ATVs, scooters, and snowmobiles is advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Well-established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Availability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is beneficial.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

• Minimum internet speed requirement of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.

• Reliable, secure internet connection; hotspots and public Wi-Fi are not allowed.
