Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with venture capital and private equity clients to align portfolio monitoring and financial reporting services with their requirements.

• Support the onboarding process for new clients to the platform, often taking an active role throughout the transition.

• Work closely with clients to enhance the engagement of reporting services.

• Develop comprehensive Excel reports that are integrated with S&P Global platforms.

• Execute additional client projects as needed.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes.

• Interact directly with clients in a client-facing capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Conceptual familiarity with the SaaS business model.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously in an efficient and responsible manner.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to document processes thoroughly.

• Experience collaborating effectively within a team under time constraints.

• Willingness to commit to extended hours during critical times such as quarterly reporting.

• A 4-year degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Degrees in mathematics, accounting, or finance are highly preferred.

• Experience with proprietary software, specifically iLevel, is advantageous.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
