UX/UI Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop UI concepts from the ground up, informed by product specifications, references, or innovative ideas.

• Leverage AI-driven UI tools (such as Claude, v0.dev, Figma AI, etc.) to enhance design exploration and prototyping speed.

• Execute UI implementation using Next.js 16+, TypeScript, and Tailwind.

• Construct reusable, component-based UI frameworks.

• Assume complete responsibility for UI delivery—from concept to final rollout.

• Manage client-side and server-side state utilizing Zustand and TanStack React Query.

• Integrate and oversee A/B testing mechanisms.

• Incorporate and sustain UI animations with Framer Motion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical UX/UI Front-End experience in a product or SaaS context.

• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks, with a strong preference for Next.js + TypeScript.

• Extensive experience in design-to-code execution using Figma, ensuring pixel-perfect precision and responsive designs.

• Familiarity with state management and API integration to facilitate seamless data flow between the UI and backend.

• Proven track record in designing and constructing for conversion, especially regarding subscription funnels, landing pages, or intricate dashboard interfaces.

• Exceptional attention to detail in typography, spacing, and micro-interactions.

• Clear and concise written communication skills—capable of articulating design choices and documenting component functionality effectively.

• Strong sense of ownership—proactively identifying UI refinement issues or UX challenges without supervision.

• Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced work environment with high expectations.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Preferred: Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, expertise in web performance optimization, understanding of mobile-first design and PWA principles, background in SaaS, fintech, or tools with frequent user interactions, and knowledge of SEO best practices for frontend architecture.
