UX/UI Designer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop user-centric digital experiences that effectively address customer challenges.

• Conduct research to understand user needs, crafting workflows and interfaces accordingly.

• Provide functional and visually appealing design solutions.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams.

• Convert intricate requirements into smooth user experiences while aligning user expectations, technical limitations, and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for web, SaaS, or mobile platforms.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Familiarity with wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes.

• Understanding of responsive design and design systems (such as Bootstrap, Material Design, Angular).

• Experience in Agile settings, utilizing Azure DevOps or Jira.

• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design methodologies.

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a keen eye for detail.
