UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Designing efficient marketing funnels;

• Creating user flows for targeted landing pages;

• Generating hypotheses and validating them through a significant number of A/B tests;

• Analyzing funnels of direct and indirect competitors;

• Assessing user behavior through internal analytics tools;

• Collaborating closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in web design;

• High proficiency in Figma;

• Knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory;

• Business-oriented mindset — design for growth in conversion rather than just aesthetics;

• Ability to present information in a structured manner (research results; concept presentation; brainstorming ideas);

• Capability to justify your decisions;

• Ability to receive constructive feedback;

• Desire to develop and advance in seniority.
