UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Adapt and integrate the Key Visuals (KV) from the company's campaigns into the digital product.

• Ensure brand consistency across digital experiences.

• Drive the evolution of digital experiences with innovative thinking and a proactive approach.

• Design modern and intuitive digital experiences.

• Evolve and create components within the company's design system.

• Create landing pages utilizing components from the design system.

• Write effective microcopy and define the voice/tone of the interface.

• Structure clear content in each flow.

• Propose creative solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.

• Design banners, custom iconography, and graphical resources for the platform.

• Strong experience in Design Systems.

• Experience in evolving and creating components within the company's design system.

• Experience in creating Landing Pages using components from the design system.

• Ability to write effective microcopy.

• Capability to define the voice and tone of the interface.

• Ability to structure clear content in each flow.

• Capacity to propose creative solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.

• Skill in designing banners, custom iconography, and graphical resources.

• Ability to adapt and apply Key Visuals and brand identity from commercial or institutional campaigns into digital flows.
