UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for various client projects, starting from initial discovery and wireframing to delivering final high-fidelity interfaces.

• Perform extensive user research, which includes usability testing, interviews, and data analysis, to gain insights into user needs and validate design choices.

• Convert complex business requirements into user-friendly design solutions by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

• Craft responsive, accessible, and technically viable interfaces that comply with best practices, design principles, and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

• Build and uphold design systems and component libraries to guarantee uniformity and efficiency across all projects.

• Work in close collaboration with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the design and development phases.

• Utilize AI tools to optimize your workflow, explore design alternatives, prototype ideas, and enhance the overall quality of output.

• Present and justify design choices to clients and stakeholders, championing user-centric solutions.

• Continuously test, learn, and refine designs based on user feedback and insights derived from data.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for both web and mobile applications.

• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual design basics.

• Expertise in Figma, including experience with design systems and component libraries.

• Proven track record of conducting user research and transforming findings into actionable design enhancements.

• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.

• Ability to confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for user-focused design solutions.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process.

• Strong capability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and communicate asynchronously.

• Fluent in English (C1 level) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.

• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed and multicultural teams.

• Background in a digital software agency or software development company.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to effectively collaborate with developers.

• Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools.

• Domain expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare, or e-commerce.

• Experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and developing interactive concepts.
