UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a service provider responsible for user experience with the solutions offered by the Squad.

• Collaborate with the team, PO, and clients throughout the entire development cycle.

• Conduct prototyping activities.

• Perform benchmarking of solutions.

• Execute usability testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design (UX), including undergraduate and/or lato sensu and/or stricto sensu postgraduate programs.

• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Miro is desirable.

• Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Ability to create wireframes.

• Ability to produce low-fidelity prototypes.

• Ability to create navigable prototypes.

• Ability to develop high-fidelity interfaces.

• Ability to create a Design System.

• Understanding of componentization.

• Knowledge of Design Tokens.

• Familiarity with style guides.

• Knowledge of component libraries.
