This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Carry out UX/UI design tasks across a career-site product backlog in collaboration with Product and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop the initial chatbot experience and contribute to other priorities following the onboarding process.
• Create reusable components for a modular, component-based design system.
• Design components while adhering to CMS technical and authoring limitations.
• Design and enhance career landing pages, job-board experiences, and custom campaign landing pages.
• Establish responsive behavior and ensure functional parity across both desktop and mobile experiences.
• Assist with theming, branding, accessibility, and SEO considerations.
• Generate interaction flows, prototypes, component states, and detailed designs in Figma.
• Ensure consistency across component libraries for various client brands and use cases.
• Proactively manage work priorities, resolve ambiguities, and maintain design throughput for time-sensitive client needs.
• Collaborate with Product and technical stakeholders to ensure that designs are practical and prepared for production implementation.
• A minimum of four years of experience in product design or UX design.
• Strong capabilities in UX and interaction design.
• At least two years of experience developing or working within a design system or component library.
• Proven experience in designing reusable components for modular or component-based design systems.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first web design.
• Experience launching responsive marketing pages, product pages, or similar web experiences into production.
• Working knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility standards.
• Experience implementing accessibility principles in web experiences, interaction states, or reusable components.
• Background in designing within the technical constraints of a CMS.
• Understanding of CMS content structures, authoring requirements, and platform limitations.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, and Auto Layout.
• Professional experience with Claude.
• Professional experience with Claude Code.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively within a broad or ambiguous scope.
• Candidates must reside in the United States or LATAM.
• Preference for alignment with Pacific Time or Central Time.

• Approximately 40 hours per week.
