UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct hands-on, comprehensive UX/UI product design as a Senior Individual Contributor (IC), with a particular emphasis on technical integration experiences for enterprise partners.

• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma along with contemporary AI-assisted design and coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).

• Implement and enhance existing components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines within a predefined enterprise design system to ensure visual and functional uniformity.

• Strategize and carry out usability testing and A/B testing methodologies to validate design assumptions, collect user insights, and perpetually refine designs.

• Design intricate, partner-facing workflows that connect technical infrastructure (APIs and developer portals) with business relationships, balancing functional complexity with outstanding usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product UX Design as a Senior IC (Individual Contributor).

• Must possess a hands-on approach rather than solely focusing on strategy or managerial roles.

• Expertise in Figma, complemented by hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted design, prototyping, or coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent).

• Demonstrated history of working within an established design system, conducting structured usability tests, and executing A/B testing experiments.

• A professional portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design case studies and complex workflow solutions is essential for consideration.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate design choices to both technical and product stakeholders in an Agile, fully remote setting.
