This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more states.
• Take ownership of UX/UI for pages that are critical to conversion, which includes Product Detail Pages (PDPs), checkout processes, landing pages, Calls to Action (CTAs), and post-purchase experiences.
• Create A/B test variations accompanied by clear hypotheses and well-defined success metrics.
• Analyze test outcomes, document successful patterns, assess unsuccessful variants, and iterate accordingly.
• Collaborate with the CRO Manager to maintain a backlog of design hypotheses.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey using heatmaps, session replays, and analytics, and subsequently develop test briefs.
• Manage the Figma component library, design tokens, and pattern documentation.
• Ensure version control and governance of the design system is maintained.
• Review team outputs, identify deviations, and evolve the design system as product lines grow.
• Develop specifications and acceptance criteria for implementation purposes.
• Deliver refined, production-ready designs that align with sprint timelines.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution across both web and app experiences.
• Provide development teams with handoffs that include specifications, interaction notes, and coverage for edge cases.
• Participate in sprint planning and grooming by estimating tasks, identifying risks, and fulfilling commitments.
• Establish scalable design methodologies, a culture of critique, organized files, and standards for handoffs.
• Set a high-quality standard for the team through exceptional execution and rigorous standards.
• 4 to 7 years of UX/UI design experience; extensive experience in DTC or e-commerce, specifically with PDPs, checkout processes, and subscription models is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma, including components, variants, design tokens, and documentation.
• A portfolio that showcases measurable business outcomes, such as conversion rate improvements, increased click-through rates (CTR), conversion rate (CVR) enhancements, or growth in average order value (AOV).
• Familiarity with the comprehensive experimentation process, from hypothesis formulation and variant design to results analysis and iterative improvements.
• Ability to operate independently, proactively communicate challenges, and sustain progress without perfect processes.
• Comfortable presenting and justifying design choices based on customer insights and performance metrics.
• Advanced skills in Figma are required.
• Significant overlap with US working hours is necessary.
• Bonus: Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or experimentation teams.
