UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Work closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Perform user research and conduct usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in design.

• Refine designs based on feedback from team members and users.

• Lead the design process from initial concept to final implementation to boost user engagement and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX/UI design capabilities.

• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• A solid grasp of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
