Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive user experiences and product workflows from start to finish.

• Generate wireframes, prototypes, and designs for interactions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design Engineers.

• Engage in user research and conduct usability testing sessions.

• Assess design solutions through testing, feedback, and iterative improvements.

• Convert customer and business requirements into seamless product experiences.

• Incorporate AI tools into the design and prototyping phases.

• Contribute to the product strategy and experience vision for a new digital offering.

• Aid in implementation and delivery by working closely with engineering teams.

• Continuously enhance experiences based on user insights and product evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through education and related work history.

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities, including workflows, interaction design, and visual craftsmanship.

• Experience in designing and testing prototypes with real users, and translating insights into design decisions.

• Ability to collaborate in iterative development cycles with engineering and product management teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present work to stakeholders and leadership effectively.

• Comfort with ambiguity, capable of navigating loosely defined problems to drive toward validated design solutions.
