Senior UI/UX Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and execute the UI/UX strategy for individual products or entire product portfolios.

• Guide and mentor fellow UI/UX designers, fostering best practices within the team.

• Create design solutions for intricate, large-scale systems.

• Develop and sustain the organization’s design system.

• Execute and evaluate A/B tests, conversion optimization projects, and other UX metrics.

• Collaborate strategically with Product Owners, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to encourage a design-oriented culture.

• Remain informed about the latest trends and technologies in design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in both UX and UI design.

• Proficient in gathering requirements from clients.

• Capable of designing information flows and wireframes.

• Skilled in developing interactive prototypes using Figma.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of a UI/UX designer for products.

• Advanced understanding of methodologies throughout all phases of the design process: understanding, ideation, prototyping, and validation.

• Logical reasoning skills to outline multiple flow possibilities, personalization options, and scenario maps for proposed solutions.

• Familiarity with web-based applications.

• Competent in handing over designs to the development team.

• Ability to effectively advocate for the user’s needs.

• Theoretical and conceptual knowledge of design systems.

• Proficient in gathering requirements from stakeholders.

• Capable of designing information flows and creating interactive screen prototypes using various prototyping tools.
