This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess learning, performance, and workforce capability requirements to identify skill deficiencies and focus on specific behaviors.
• Create and implement learner-focused experiences across various formats including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, job aids, performance support, and blended approaches.
• Simplify complex technical topics into straightforward, role-relevant learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Establish partnerships with technology leaders, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders from different functions.
• Determine measures of learning success and assess outcomes using feedback, evaluations, behavioral indicators, performance metrics, and business data.
• Set up, test, and manage learning assets within a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar learning platform.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for analysis, content creation, personalization, workflow optimization, and quality control with appropriate governance and human oversight.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director regarding the skilling roadmap and incoming learning requests.
• Contribute to the overall departmental learning strategy and independently advance moderately to highly complex assignments.
• Relay progress, risks, insights, decisions, and results to both leaders and non-executive stakeholders.
• Provide LMS support to the team and, as available, to the Tech organization.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 8 years of proven experience in designing and delivering comprehensive learning solutions for technical audiences and/or strategic workforce development.
• More than 8 years of demonstrated expertise in selecting and applying suitable learning methodologies, including ILT, VILT, eLearning, job aids, just-in-time training, and microlearning.
• At least 5 years of documented experience in defining measures of learning success and assessing the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience applying instructional design, learning experience design, or performance consulting skills in a corporate, technical, or similar business setting.
• Proficient in creating and editing multimedia and eLearning materials using industry-standard authoring, design, video, audio, or rapid-development tools.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience managing courses in Cornerstone OnDemand or a comparable LMS.
• Strong understanding of eLearning standards, Adult Learning Theory, and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Candidates must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST).
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Capability to work from a designated area free from ongoing interruptions to ensure the protection of member PHI/HIPAA information.
