This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create user-friendly, high-fidelity interfaces for screens aimed at both clinicians and patients, showcasing complex clinical data such as ranked findings, insights driven by knowledge graphs, and confidence indicators.
• Work alongside the UX subject-matter expert to implement and enhance design direction in accordance with established design principles and system-wide standards.
• Develop and sustain the design system utilizing color tokens, typography, component libraries, and design tokens.
• Design dynamic personalization models that encompass variable content density, tile states, and prioritization of adaptive content.
• Provide developer-ready Figma handoffs that include detailed specifications, redlines, component states, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with clinical and AI teams to integrate usability feedback, clinical insights, and findings from real-world testing into continuous design enhancements.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating launched products and tangible real-world impact.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including knowledge of auto-layout, component variants, design systems, and dev-mode handoff processes.
• Proven track record in designing data-rich interfaces within complex fields, such as clinical software, dashboards, financial systems, or other high-information environments.
• Strong understanding and practical application of accessibility standards, specifically WCAG AA compliance.
• Preferred experience in designing for healthcare, clinical workflows, or medical software environments.
• Familiarity with design tokens, design-system architecture, and scalable component design is preferred.
• Ability to create adaptive, context-aware, or personalized interfaces beyond static screen designs is preferred.
• Capability to establish a clear information hierarchy in intricate, high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, AI, and clinical teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt swiftly in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
