UX/UI Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate individual online video sessions with students to explore their career aspirations, obstacles, and success strategies in technology-focused positions.

• Serve as a supportive resource for students, nurturing a relationship that inspires them to pursue their ambitions with assurance.

• Guide students in developing professional skills, encompassing communication, networking, problem-solving, adaptability, and workplace etiquette.

• Provide industry insights and real-world scenarios to enrich students' practical application of their skills.

• Offer constructive feedback regarding student preparedness and opportunities for growth.

• Record session details to guarantee consistent support across all teams.

• Create a student-centered and empathetic atmosphere for all learners.

• Deliver exceptional coaching while acting as a mentor and thought partner for Chegg Skills students.

• Assist students in applying new skills to their current or prospective roles and getting ready for professional opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design.

• Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Experienced in creating user-centered and conversion-focused designs.

• Previous experience in mentorship, coaching, or professional development.

• Strong capability to connect with students and provide clear, actionable advice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including a well-developed sense of empathy and understanding.

• Proven ability to motivate and support individuals from varied backgrounds and skill levels.

• Knowledgeable about hiring trends, industry demands, and key competencies in technology-driven fields.

• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Must possess a dependable, high-speed internet connection and a webcam.
