UX Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the UX overhaul of our product, ensuring it aligns with both business objectives and user requirements.

• Foster a user-centered design ethos throughout the organization.

• Utilize Figma to create wireframes and user workflows tailored to customer needs.

• Perform usability testing, conduct friction audits, and analyze customer feedback.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to develop intuitive and user-friendly designs.

• Grasp product specifications and the psychology of users.

• Create non-functional forward-looking prototypes and mockups.

• Devise innovative solutions to challenging UX issues.

• Lead initiatives for design systems and guidelines, ensuring uniformity across various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with complex B2B enterprise software.

• Proven track record in managing design projects from initial concept to final execution.

• Proficiency in data visualization.

• Strong visual design capabilities supported by a robust portfolio.

• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture to ensure every project meets user needs.

• A minimum of five years of experience as a UX/UI designer.

• Familiarity with Figma and other necessary tools for the role.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills to effectively convey concepts, feedback, and rationale, and to champion UX-led initiatives in both English and Portuguese.

• Educational background in design, visual arts, or engineering.
