UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to achieve various research objectives.

• Suggest suitable research methodologies based on project goals, timelines, and limitations.

• Plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.

• Create discussion guides, interview scripts, survey questionnaires, and materials for usability testing.

• Organize and maintain research findings in a centralized repository.

• Contribute to the establishment of consistent research processes and documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or psychology.

• 3-5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a related field.

• Proficiency in using Figma and Zeplin.

• Demonstrated application of research methodologies in current or previous roles.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
